East Van Men's Group
I've been involved with the ARKA Brotherhood since 2017.
Being part of a men's group has been HUGE for me. It's given me more self-awareness, groundedness, ability to communicate directly, and access to a gritty masculine edge.
There's something about the group container that is unmatched. The community give and take is so much more then individual support. It's a place to speak authentic truths, even about our darkest shadow elements. It's a place to practice listening. It's a place to recieve support and different perspectives. It's a place to witness other men going through similar things. We are not alone!
I've been leading a squad in East Vancouver since 2021. There are chapters all over Vancouver and other cities. We are almost 600 members now.
